Surgery tomorrow

So ladies, gonna try to repair the damage I did last week to my hand/nerve/finger tomorrow. Before last week I had never had stitches before and most certainly had never had surgery so I'm getting a little nervous. Think I would feel a ton better if BF was gonna be there when I woke up but he already had a full day of lessons scheduled when we got the surgery day and I really didn't want him to reschedule and lose that whole day. Especially considering I'm not working right now due to the hand thing!!
Anyway, thankfully, my mom will be there to take me, be there when I wake up, etc.
And, we're still planning to go on our annual Lake Powell vacation next week with BF's family. Hand injury or not, I'm not missing out on the fun!!!

Oh - and good sugery vibes please!!

I had surgery on my toe in February and I was so nevous! I was juat like you, i never had surgery or stitches. There was no need to be nervous. The "worst" part was the shot she gave me to numb my hand for the iv. I say "worst" because it was nothing, just a regular shot. The weirdest feeling is remembering going in and then in what seems like seconds, your done and in recovery. You'll be fine. Make sure bf babies you. You did just have surgery, you know

Thanks girls!! I went for an evening pre-op run to take my mind off of it and came back to all your thoughtful messages. You all are gonna help me get through it!!
