time ceremony???

I am so confused about what time to have the wedding. It will be the middle of july so weather is unpredictable. They ceremony is outside and reception in a barn unairconditioned. Should I have the wedding at 430 and then pictures so reception starts around 530? Or start the wedding at 530 and reception around 6:30??? I am so confused at this point.

In an unairconditioned barn, in July, I'd have a morning wedding so that it isn't so hot.

It does have some air and fans and its shady. So hopefully its a good july! I just dont want the reception during the day.

I don't know how hot it gets in your area, but I might start the ceremony around 6 and get straight into cocktails (for pics) and then dinner. You'll probably want to start as late as possible.
