role for brother in wedding

My sisters are my maid and matron of honor and my 14 year old brother is a groomsman, but I'm not sure how to include my 12 year old brother. I feel like he's too old to be a ring bearer, so I was thinking about asking my nephew to do that. We did think about asking him to "escort" the ring bearer, but I'm not sure about that either. We considered asking him to be a junior groomsman, but I don't have any junior bridesmaids. We really want to include him in the ceremony, I just don't knjow how!

Any advice?

  • I think an usher is the best way to go because at least he has a unique role, but you can even ask him what he wants to do, maybe he does want to be a ringbearer. but I really like little baby boys as ring bearers^^
