I have a question....we are having between 280-300 guests at our wedding.  Do I need to print that many programs (300) or should I cut it back a little.  I didn't know if I should make oen for every person or every couple?  Thanks!

    If you're having programs, have enough for everyone. Guests might not know that you are making 1 per couple. Programs are not a must. I made DIY ones, but I am only having 80 guests.

    I would suggest mayber 225-250.  Not everyone will take one (a lot of people will share), but this way you'll have more than one per group/couple.

    We printed our programs using our home computer and printer, and it was pretty cheap ($10 for about 80 programs). If you're doing 250ish, then you might consider using Kinkos or Office Depot for copies, or else you'll use up all of your printer ink/toner cartridges, and those can be expensive to replace.
