Hey guys,

Just wanted to say hello :-) I've been lurking for a few months, but I work from home now and it gets really boring not having any coworkers to chat with, so I figured it was time to join! I've mostly been reading this board, as well as Ettiquette and Chit Chat. I'm not engaged, but these are fun and interesting message boards, so I hope I'm still wlecome.

Well I'm 25, live  in NY, and have a decent new job that I get to do from home (no more hour-long daily commute - woo!). I live with my BF of a year and a half (he's 28), and am hoping to get a puppy within the next 6 months! I would love a irish setter, but we'll see.

Drawing

Reading - feel free to suggest good books - I have nothing to read right now!

ping pong

horseback riding (I competed through college, and just started riding regularly again after a 2 year hiatus)

moscato (I love sweet things and wine, so this is my Friday evening dessert)

reading advice columns

Dislikes:

Most radio music

high heels (they look awesome, but I suck at walking in them)

Uggs (still a thing?)

lipstick

spicy food

That pretty much sums it up

A very close 2nd would be Middlesex by Jeffrey Euginedes, and the best book that I've read within the past few months is American Wife by Curtis Sittenfeld.</div><div>
