Cel-e-brate good times, Come on!

Did you like my singing? The Holidays are a time for celebration, so what is everyone celebrating? I know we had a few birthdays and such, but what else are you celebrating this holiday season?

Time with the family. My grandparents on my Dad's side are all coming over for Christmas. I have never had all three of them (Grandma is remarried) together for a holiday before. I am pretty excited! And the BF and I get to spend our first Christmas morning together <3

And only having one semester of my Masters program left. Woo!

Tonight's final is only on two chapters AND it's open book.

I also just remembered that I need to cancel my parking for next semester. That means I will have an extra $280 coming my way in a few days...err..weeks/months, knowing my school. WOO HOO

It is also free chips & queso night at Chili's if you have a coupon. I plan on making FI take me, buy me margaritas, then I will come home and pass out like a baby. I wake up better for work if I have a few drinks the night before ;)

I will be celebrating a whole lot more after Saturday.

I am all done with college! WOOT! And I only have two presents left to buy and I know what they are I'm just waiting for the money to buy them. I have all my other presents wrapped and under my tree.

Also because I am done with school I will be making more money, because I can work two more days of the week, and also I won't need as much gas money to drive back and forth to school. I just can't wait to see family and friends.

Oh! I also found out last night that BF and I will be splitting our first Christmas together! It's been a while but we finally figured out a plan that works great and we get to see all sides of every family. I am super pumped!

On Friday I will be going out to a fancy-pants dinner with a few friends to celebrate that my FMOH has finished her student teaching! I'm really proud of her and she's been working so hard, she's going to make a great teacher.

and, umm....is it too early to say I'm celebrating the fact that in almost exactly two months I will be on a plane for St. Lucia for my FSIL's wedding?

This is going to sound like OMG ENGAGEMENT PONIES but, I'm excited to see the "prototype" of my e-ring this Xmas, when we see BF's family.  It's basically the ring itself (white gold) without the stone in it (in case they need to re-do it, etc).

I haven't seen it in person yet (b/c it's being made overseas where his fam is).  I hope it fits and doesn't look lame, since us ameteurs designed it. Tongue out

    Other things to celebrate:
Xmas, The Saints!!!, and new job!!

This has been a pretty good year for me, in STARK contrast to....the last 5 years.  Anyway.

I'm excited to celebrate Christmas with my family. Thanksgiving with BF's family was...ok. But my family does more traditional celebrations of holidays and I like that. I'm going to miss BF for the 3 1/2 weeks I'm gone though.

BF's birthday is coming up in February. I don't know what I'm gonna get him this year though.

Stuffed chicken, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, gravy, salad, a roll, free drink. You could also get fish, carrots, or green beans.
