Can you just tie it in a bow around the back?

• Can you pin it into the fabric on the chair so that the point of the pin isn't poking out?

• I don't want anyone walking across the aisle. I've seen it happen way to many times. People also think they are professional photographers and feel the need to stand in the aisle for better pictures. I'm getting married in a church that can fit over 2000 people so getting in and out won't be an issue.

In Response to Re:How to hang tulle??:
I wouldn't do the roping off the aisle thing. nbsp; It's annoying as heck for the guests and makes getting people seated and getting people out take twice as long. nbsp; Posted by StageManager14
• The first thing I think picturing the tulle draped from the side of the chair back is that someone might be a little squished in that chair, not being too comfortable trying not to knock it off. Or someone sitting down and accidentally tugging on it and pulling it off the chair infront or behind them. The other option of putting it lower probably wouldn't keep people out of the aisle, though.
• I understand everyone's concern but I'd just like to get some ideas on what can I use to attach the tulle to the chair. The church would like no pins in the chairs to prevent damage.
• The only thing I can think of is wrap and knot a peice of tulle around the back of each aisle seat, leaving the knot on the aisle side of the chair. Use that to hang the tulle from chair to chair. Start with the front row seat, tie it on the piece wrapped around the chair and hang it back to the next chair. Take it up into the already knotted peice and drape back to the next, until your last chair. A bow can be pinned onto the tulle so you don't ruin the chair, and cover the knots from the first step. Does that make sense?

Otherwise I don't know how you would secure it to the chair without pins.
• You can tie it on with clear fishing line.........
