Good morning ladies. I'm back at work today, though still feeling pretty crappy. I didn't rest as much as I should have this weekend but we can discuss that in another thread.
I was -1.2 this week putting me at -4 for the past 4 weeks which I'm happy with.

L: Lean Cuisine Baked Chicken (240), apple (72)
S: WW string cheese (50)
Leftover ST Picadillo (340), some sort of steamed veggies (~100)
