Good morning ladies. I'm back at work today, though still feeling pretty crappy. I didn't rest as much as I should have this weekend but we can discuss that in another thread. 

I was -1.2 this week putting me at -4 for the past 4 weeks which I'm happy with. 

B: English muffin (100) with PB (200) and banana (105)
L: Lean Cuisine Baked Chicken (240), apple (72)
S: WW string cheese (50)
D: Leftover ST Picadillo (340), some sort of steamed veggies (~100)

FI served us and I forgot to tell him to taste it and adjust the seasonings if necessary so that is the only thing I'll say to make sure you do. I had to add salt to mine. Oh and it calls for alcaparrado, which I found in my grocery store, but I didn't realize the olives had pits in them until I bit into one. Next time, I'll see if it comes with unpitted olives or I'll use regular pimento-stuffed olives instead. I will definitely make it again. </div>

    Coco, how often do you do measurements?  I hadn't done them in a really long time so I did them last Thursday.  I don't want to try to do them again too soon and get discouraged.
