So I guess BlueNile had a contest, honestly I don't know much about it, but what I got from it is that everyone wrote in an essay and the best was chosen and they won a ring. They picked a winner, based on a great essay if I do say so.

What a nice essay! What a nice proposal.  I love when the people who win these really put their hearts into them.  You can tell he really loves her and really thought about what he was going to say and how he was going to say it. How cute

Aww! That was a beautiful essay and a perfect proposal...

I used to work at the NASDAQ Marketsite in Time Square where this took place... My father still works for NASDAQ and he told me that he was there for that ceremony... Not a dry eye in the house!!

I spent a lot of time in that studio and watched a lot of Market Open Ceremonies... I always miss the good ones!! LOL
