    What are your mini goals each week?
    Lose 1 pound, work out 3-4 times, remove and replace something from my diet. ex: remove soda and replace with water

    What foods/drinks are you trying to avoid?
    Soda, red meat, snacks, candy, fast food, fried food

    What is a "no ifs ands or buts" food or habit you WON'T break?
    I'm not drinking anything with calories except for alcohol and coffee. I am ADDICTED to soda, so I have been drinking diet and water when I crave it. It has been 2 months..yay!

    What is your overall goal?
    Lose 20 pounds, feel better, look good in my wedding pictures, be happier

    What are your mini goals each week?
    Eat healthy foods & portions
    Drink 8 glasses of water each day
    Work out 3+ times a week with JD3
    Lose 1lb

    What foods/drinks are you trying to avoid?
    I don't use oil/butter when cooking if I can help it & if I'm out to eat I ask for my meat (steak/chicken) grilled dry & veggies steamed.

    What is a no "ifs ands or buts" food or habit you WON'T break?
    I will never cut back/give up alcohol. 

    What is your overall goal?
    Lose 16 more lbs & maintain my weight

    What is a "no ifs ands or buts" food or habit you WON'T break? pizza, i love pizza!

    What is your overall goal?
    Get back down to my weight last may, train for a full marathon, pr in my 3rd half marathon
