    I woke up Andrew up at 1 AM to tell me...LOL...I didn't really wake him up, I was just like, "Andrew....Are you awake?"

    We offered 10K less then asking price. They countered 5K less then asking price.

    I guess our realtor advised that Andrew could counter back with the 10K less again.

    No other offers have been made on the house though....so that's good...

    Oooh...and I have something else to show you...hold please. ;)

    Lunar - I had missed your original post since I was away this weekend. Congrats on the offer! I'll be crossing my fingers today for you and Andrew!! The pics of that house are amazing and I can't wait to hear your say "WE GOT IT" later this afternoon. Wink
