Warm Fuzzies (Snap Cup Style)

Happy Monday Everyone!  I just figured that since it's so absolutely frigid where so many of us live, we could try to stay warm by exchanging warm fuzzies for our fellow TKers who see us through our good and bad days.  So, everyone share a warm fuzzy about a TKer, or the TK community in general.  (For warm fuzzies, think of Elle Woods in Legally Blonde 2.)

I'll start off this shindig.

My warm fuzzy will be for TK community in general, but especially all of you ladies on NEY.  Although we've had our good and bad times together, I really appreciate you all seeing me through my good and bad days throughout the last 7 months.  You never fail to give me a variety of opinions which help me consider points of view that I would have never even thought of.  One of the reasons that I feel so comfortable posting such personal things on here is because I know that I'll get good, honest advice, even if it's not what I want to hear.

I've gotten to a point with the situation with my mother that I realize that harboring anger and resentment is just going to take over what should be a very happy time in my life.  I'm engaged; I'm in law school.  I'm doing reasonably well in law school.  I go to school for FREE!  All of that is SO huge...and the longer I spend my time feeling sorry for myself over the unpleasant things in my life, the more time I spend forgetting to appreciate those really positive things in my life.

I'm not going to harbor any more anger or resentment toward my mother.  I'm going to have to learn (in time) how to love her for who she is, limitations and all.  FI and I are going to figure out how to have a wedding that we'll both be 100% thrilled with.  For now, I'm going to stop obsessing over the negative and I'm going to count my blessings for FI, my education, my good friends, and all of you.

We did a warm fuzzy post not too long ago! But I would like to send fuzzies out to Hope (bourge) and Elle for helping me with my cover letter last week! You gals are awesome.

Shoes, glad you've figured out some things and are focusing on the positive!

ETA: I'm not sure what Snap Cup Style is, as far as warm fuzzies go, and I haven't seen Legally Blonde 2, so my apologies if I formatted this incorrectly.

Shoes- I admire you for what you have been through and still being able to see the positive and push through.  Keep it up and be strong. You will have an amazing wedding!

My warm and fuzzy for TK is that no matter what you ladies and I mean all of you, whether I've actually talked to you directly or not are willing to help one another out, to  tolerate the crazy moments from one another and then let things settle so we can continue having funny posts.

Edit:  Crap!  I forgot Paige.  Paige is an important part of that last group.

And I was like, wait, wut? SOMEONE VOTED FOR MEEEEEEEE! Of course, MotoLyn also did. So she's nice, too!

But, yeah, when I saw that it kind of made my year. So you stick out as "awesome person" in my head now. My wedding was nowhere near on-par with Kat or Mutley or any of the other gorgeous, talented girls who were nominated... so I was thrilled and floored that I was on the list at all. Especially since you voted just for ME, as if my little shindig was even close to Hetshup and Acro's beautiful, classy weddings. It made me feel warm-fuzzy and a bit humble... so now I thought I'd let you know that you're appreciated.
