What do you normally write in a welcome page for your wedding website?

    We just wrote a short bit about how we were excited to finally be planning the wedding and that we were almost sharing a date with both sets of my grandparents and that we hoped everyone would be able to make it. 
    What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14

    We wrote a small welcome to all of our family and friends, said how happy we were to be sharing the day with them, and to check the site often for updates regarding the location/accomodations/etc.

    Pretty much what court and Addie said is what we put on our website. Just a welcome note and expressing how we were happy to be finally getting married and sharing it with everyone. Also to check back for updates and info. Doesn't have to be long, short and sweet is what I usually see on the opening page of Wedding Websites =)
