Tuesday Morning.

Annoying day at work for me, I just want to be home in bed :/ What's everyone got going on today?

Re: Tuesday Morning.

  • Morning. Work for me until 5. Only 2.5 more days after this until I'm off until the New Year! Woohoo!

Other then that, it's a pretty boring day here.

  • I have my performance review today... Yippie! Its hard to be at work this week... I would much rather be at home baking Xmas cookies
  • Achi, I am so jealous of your vacation time! Since the wedding was in November, then with my mom passing away shortly after I was out for about a month and I have zero vacation time left :(

I also want to be home, not baking, but eating xmas cookies :)

  • I second the annoying day at work!  And it's only 10am.  Gonna be a long day.  I'm the only one here.

Tonight I think I will start wrapping Christmas presents.  I don't have much time left!  Also might try to fix our tree.  The cat like to try and climb the tree. But the cat is very large... and the tree is not.  So all of the bottom branches are now broken and touching the floor.  We now have a Charlie Brown tree!  Maybe once I get some presents under there it will deter the cat from trying to climb it!

If it makes you feel any better, this will likely be my last vacation until the wedding. I'll be taking a week and a half off then.

Same here.  And mine's only a mini vacation (4 day weekend).  I can't wait for this week to be over at work.

Tonight I'm getting my hair done (finally!).  I've been waiting for this day for weeks, to go back to blonde again, and discuss wedding hair trial.  :)

Not a dang thing.  FI had more stupid training at work today, like everyone that works there doesn't know how to change and test batteries.  He finally got home.  Probably going to see his mom and they new fur babies tomorrow.<div>
</div><div>Is anyone else feeling like Christmas completely snuck up on them??</div>

Ooh childhood memories.  I came walking in the front door when I was 5, and all I see is the tree falling over on me, and the cat flying off the top of it.  Thankfully she doesn't try to climb it anymore, but she still thinks that the material that makes the "pines" on the branches, is food.

This made me laugh (not at the fact that the tree fell on you, but the metntal picture of the cat flying off the tree).

Our cats just sit under our tree (thank God); but I have this little decorative table with a 5 pillar candle holder on it, and the table had a tablecloth covering it, and the crazy kitties would hide under it and then charge out from underneath, taking the tablecloth and everything on the table with it.  After 4 cleanups, I modified the tablecloth into a runner.
