How do I upload a picture?

I've uploaded two pictures and I figured out how to make one of them my avatar, but I would like to make the other one my sig pic. For the life of me, I can't figure it out. Can someone point me in the right direction please? TIA

Upload the pics to tinypic.com. Copy and paste the code in you signature bix but clicking on my knot- edit my signature. Hope that helps.
