I just wanted to share my excitement that my wedding is only ten days away!! Im super nervous and anxious! I hope i don't forget anything important :) My sister refuses to come and i was sad about it at first and thought it would ruin the day, but im ok with it now.  I dont have any days off work before the wedding though!! That kinda stinks, but i guess at least the time will go by fast!

    Yay !!  Exciting !  Just remember, make sure you take at least a few hours for yourself the day/evening before the wedding to decompress. I didnt' do that, and I about had a mini meltdown.

    I completely agree with this. I spent the night before our wedding alone and watching tv (and I think I took a bath). It was really nice to just be done and know all the planning was done and I would be a wife the next day.

    Congrats!! This was one of the most exciting times leading up to ours at this very time last year! Take deep breaths, walk away if someone is stressing you out, and take some time for yourself. I also had a meltdown two days before, but fortunately (most of) my friends were smart enough to realize it and leave me alone, and H was able to talk me down. ;-) 

    It's going to be awesome!!

    CONGRATULATIONS!!! The days leading up to the wedding will fly by. On Sat. you'll be thinking "at this exact time in 7 more days, I'll be Mrs.."

    My friends recommended my H stay at his parents house so I could have some alone time and   "take it all in" I'm not used to be apart for no reason so I didn't want to do that. We slept together the night before and he left to his parents house at 9:30 when my hairstylist arrived. I think it was the best thing I could've done.

    Congrats!  (my sister's wedding is also in 10 days)  Just remember to enjoy your day!  Take time to soak everything in and enjoy it, not worrying about the little details.  When the day is over, you'll be glad that your memories are of the important stuff like what your H's face looked like when he first saw you, not that you ran yourself ragged checking on the insignificant details like making sure the cake cutting song was correct, etc.

    Also, I recommend trying to find some time during your reception for you and your new H to escape and have some alone time.  You get so busy trying to talk to your guests that you often end up separated.  My H and I snuck out to the lobby-ish area and sat on a couch looking in at our reception and just took some time for ourselves, it was great.
