I'm getting married in less than 3 weeks (gulp) and am trying to finalize my timeline.
I'm wondering: how early did you guys get your makeup done? And how much time did you allow for photos before the ceremony (especially if you're not doing a first look)?
My photographer suggests getting to the church 3 hours before the ceremony, which would put my hair/makeup at about 11:30 or 12 for a 5:00 wedding. I worry my hair and makeup will be fading before my groom even sees me! I'd been planning on getting to the church 2 hours before. So now I'm torn between having enough time to get great picture, and still looking my best for the wedding.
