Maybe I'm just cranky cause there have been several of them, but I think we need a sticky at the top addressed to any of them to not post here or anywhere.  :-)

    God I hate people asking for votes for wedding contests.  These posts come up a lot in mod convos but unfortunately, there's no rule forbidding solicitation of votes for a contest, and we're not supposed to delete them unless they are spamming.  Luckily most of them post it on several boards, which can be considered spamming and worthy of deletion.But if I had my way, I'd delete every "vote for me" post on TK, but only after enough people ridiculed them and voted for their competition.

    Oh wow, I just read her "sob story" and now I'm even more annoyed.  Oh, you and your husband don't have "real" jobs?  And you irresponsibly allowed yourself to get pregnant when you weren't financially sound?  Gee, life's really tough, ain't it?  You totally DESERVE a $100,000 wedding.  Gah.
