lol ok so my bff is somewhere out in fairy tale land. I've said on pp that she is the one who wants a bm dress with a halter top, but now her latest thing is that she wants a dress that has a very poofy princess style skirt. the images i keep getting in my head of this dress keeps making me giggle... I love her but i think i still need to bring her back down to earth. Anyone else have a story of some funky request they got for their wedding?

When you said fairy tale land, I thought of WoW, because one of my co-workers makes fun of me for playing and calls it that... LOL Just let her get the dress. If she looks ridiculous, then that's her own deal. I didn't have this exact problem, but one of my BMs went to the same alteration shop my MOH did and was acting very vain in her dress. It's part of her personality, though. And then on the day of the wedding, she was doing that again, and nobody paid attention to her. LOL It was hilarious!

Wow... good luck with that one. If she gets the dress are you going to be thinking about how you hate what she is wearing throughout the wedding? It's really nice you are letting your bms pick their dresses, but its OK to give them some parameters, guidance, and limits. It seems like she is trying to make YOUR wedding HER special day.  Hope it all works out!

One of my BMs has very large boobs and when we went to pick their dresses she went straight to the super cleavage ones.  She picked an orange and red halter style that she was litterally hanging out of.  The front came down below the bottom of her boobs and the sides didn't cover the side boob situation.  I had to tell her she would get too cold in that one.  Luckily she agreed and got a much more modest one.

Not me, but I love your Bm crazy dress idea, and the other pp, how totally funny is the big rack exposure. I do agree with giving them some lea way but setting up those perimeters.
