UGH, Moving!

So in addition to planning the entire wedding by myself I guess I am moving my entire house into his by myself.  I packed 10 boxes while FI watched football and fell asleep on the sofa.  Then got up and asked what's for dinner.

Yeah... That would not have happend in my house.  I hope this is not a sign of things to some. But then again I would have been the one watching football all day Sunday.  So not much would have gotten done on my part either.

Next time your packing boxes while he is sitting on the sofa watching TV take a nice big box place it right infront of him and throw some clothes on his lap and tell him to make himself usefull. He can't possibly be able to just toss the clothes off his lap and continue watching TV after that.

Yea, I was mean and told him I wouldn't marry him unless he helped me plan things. The TV would have been the first thing to be packed if he did that. Along with computers and other electronics.

Never happen in my house.  Moving is a PITA, he doesn't get to fall asleep on the couch while I haul crap around.

Ask for his help then! Sometimes guys are clueless. It sounds like you are venting and you need to talk to him.
