at our wedding. I lost my mom to cancer in 2006 and he lost his dad to ALS last year and his real mom to cancer when he was younger. So pretty much they are people that were HUGE parts of our live that we will be missing on this important day. I've heard of people putting roses down on the seats where the parent would sit in memorial or having something on the alter or on the program. Since they are our parents I'd like to do something more than just putting it on the back of program but I don't want to do something that is going to make every bawl and feel like a funeral. Something tasteful that will be in memory of these two very special people who can't be there with us.
Anyone see anything at other weddings or have done something similar themselves?
