No, you can say a lot of things, just not offensive things.  By your statement you are labeling all blond women as stupid and incapable of doing what you consider a simple task.  You may think it is funny and stereotypical, but if you change blond to "black" "retarded" than you can start to see how offensive it really is.  This is not us getting our panties in a bunch, it's pointing out your bad choice of words.

I agree with the bolded but will add, as much as you get to know these ladies, it's not the same as talking to your sister/BFF. I know if I'm talking to my sister, I can say "Ugh I'm such a blonde" when I do something(and I am blonde), however I would never have said it at my old job in front of guests.

Ok im blonde and use that all the time.. i will say. Sorry i had a blonde moment. I do not find it offensive, but some people would i guess.

I'm a blonde, not offended; but anyway to anser your question, here is the directions I used to put a picture in my sig:

How to make a sig:

1. Choose your picture. upload it onto a photo hosting site- I like photobucket. it's free.

2. Click on "update signature" on the left side bar.

3. Use this code to make your picture show up:

<img src="**" width="180px" />

WITH NO **s. take them out. place the direct link to your photo there (where the **'s are). and that's it!
