NWR: Photo Blankets

I would like to get FI a photo collage blanket of all his past and present cars for Valentine's Day this year. There are a ton of places online to get this done, and tons of different styles by the looks of it. I have spent a good chunk of my morning looking into them and I'm not quite sure if I want a fleece or woven one.

Has anyone done a photo blanket before?
Where did you get it done?
How is was the quality of the blanket?
How did the photos come out?

Re: NWR: Photo Blankets

  • From what I've seen, the woven ones are a really good option.  The ones that I've seen are good quality and came out great, but I'm not sure where they got them.  Having a good quality photo also factors into it I think too.
  • My sister gets photo blankets as a sort-of gag gift for my mom every Christmas.  She used Shutterfly for both.  One was woven and I believe another was fleece.  The woven one was just a single picture, and the fleece one was a collage of photos of her pet bunny.  Both looked really nice and were standard woven/fleece blanket quality.
