Shuttle from reception to hotel?

Hi, my venue is about 15 minutes from where people will be staying.. Do you think I should provide shuttle service from our reception to the hotel?? 

iIts jsut another added exepense, and don't know if I am responsible for that??

The hotel should offer it or give a discount. I made sure mine did.

We are purchasing a private shuttle for our guests. We have a lot of out of town guests so if the hotel doesn't provide one I would say it would be courtesous for you to do so. Ours is running about $250 for 2 hours and will go wherever we need it to go as many times as we need in that period of time.

It's a nice thing to have but not necessary. Some hotels offer free or discounted shuttle service, so maybe you should look into it.

My venue also is 15 mins away from the hotel. They offered me free shuttle service with 10 paying guest. So check into it with the hotel you plan on using.
