No one here is going to stop you from doing what you want, but since you asked, what you are doing is not proper at all.  Even if it's not your intention at all it DOES come across as gift grabby, and on top of that everyone will think about how weird it is that you are trying to redo a wedding.

Please read this thread that I have linked below. It illustrates very well how people feel when they are invited to a "wedding" by a couple who are already married:

[QUOTE]In Response to Re: unhappy family members what to do? : thanks everyone made a big deal when we ran off and got married we were young and did what we thought was the right thing to do cuz i was preg now we dont have much support at all and we really need it right about now

The thing is, you guys made that decision for yourselves.  You decided that it was better to get married sooner rather than later, so you got married... that was your wedding.  The fact that you were pregnant didn't REQUIRE you to get married in anyway - there is no rule that says if you get pregnant you HAVE to get married.

ETA:  What kind of support are you looking to get?

DItto PP. You can't have a wedding after you're already married. If I were your family I would be annoyed too and think it was greedy.

Way to change the OP. Even 1 person it too many because you're already married.

I have seen Wp at vow renewals. i don't think it's a big deal. Do what you feel comfortable with. Because like a pp said, no on here can stop you.
