After 7 years on the patch, I had to switch to the pill (stupid insurance).
The doc gave me the most suitable estrogen/progesterone pill available (compared to the patch)...but I hate it. I'm constantly nauseated so bad I contemplated not going to work today. After the first cycle I told my doc but she said to give it another month but I feel awful.
Do you have any suggestions? I'm currently on Stronyx. It's the lowest estrogen level my doctor is willing to prescribe.
