How do I get rid of one?  I did one but then found another I liked better and wanted that one instead.

[QUOTE]Using my quote isn't naming me?  Fugginridiculous.

Do you think you are some special snowflake who has a copyright on this phrase?  This is hardly the first time it has come up here.

Also, did you keep at it in later posts by insinuating you were an attorney or get pissy when I asked you to elaborate?  No.  Reread what I wrote and you'll see that is part of what I said.

Like I said, if I had meant you, I would have called you out by name or quoted your post in whole.  Anyone else who is a reg can vouch for that so chill the eff out.

  • Personally, I don't care about Jinxed spouting off what she heard while under her boss's desk. Bring back the OP! I need to hear more about the poor bride's rotten luck of having her pretty princess day ruined!

Just an FYI, whenever you change your siggy, you don't need to post a new reply to see it. Just look at your old posts. It updates all of your previous entries.

Now that I'm all caught up on everything from this post.
I wonder what went through her head when she decided to stab him.
    //Random thought, I know.

ETA: My heart is breaking for their children too! So sad for all the families involved.

Am I the only one amused by the fact that Jinx is taking no issue whatsoever with the repeated insinuations that she "earned" her job on her knees, yet is butthurt because she thought someone called her a liar?

Are you trying to tell me there is another way to earn a job? LOL.

  • IMO? Murder =/= accident. You don't stab someone in the heart, twice, by accident.

Apparently thinking a lawyer called you a liar is more offensive than being accused of being Lewinsky-like.

  • Maybe that's really the story and she can't dispute it because she's NOT a liar?

I am just imagining the thought process... "Hmmm, she appears to have suggested I am a slut. Okay. Hmmm, this other poster called me a liar?! Oh HELLZ no!!!"

P.S. Really TK? I can say "slut" but not shot.s? Could your censorship priorities make any LESS sense?

I think every lawyer on the planet knows that "I work in a law firm" in this context (ie; as support for a legal opinion that is dead wrong) is code for "I am not a lawyer but I think I know my shiiizzzzzzzz because I merge letters and send them at the behest of an attorney where I work."

Jinx, just admit you're freaking wrong.

And for the record, "intent" to murder someone doesn't=premeditation in most states. It just means that in the moment you either intended to kill the person OR intended to perform some other criminal act (battery, fleeing the police, arson, etc.) and the person subsequently died because of those actions.

Think about it; if you're fleeing the police in a high speed chase, you might not have premeditated the act of killing a family of 4 in a mini-van, but you INTENTIONALLY fled the police and in doing so killed the family of 4. You get charged with murder. Not manslaughter or, even more laughably, let off the hook because of 'momentary insanity."
