XP New GuestBook Idea...thoughts??

Hi everyone!  We're one week away from our wedding, yay!!

In any case, I've been working super hard on hand painting our monogram on our aisle runners (yes, that's plural, because we have TWO aisles...ahh!).  In any case, we still don't have a guest book, so I had an idea...

After the ceremony, I'm going to have the coordinator cut the monogram from the aisle runner and have our guests sign that!  Then we're going to frame that part of the runner to keep!  We worked so hard on painting it, and it seems like it will be a cool keepsake...whaddya think?

Thats a great idea because it would be such a waste to just toss the runner out after all your hard work!

I love that idea! It's a good keepsake from the wedding and you'll be able to display your hard work for longer than just the wedding day!

I think that is pretty neat if you did a bunch of work on it and you'd rather keep that then let it get tossed then why not make it a bigger deal? that way everyone will see it for sure. Just make sure nothing happens to it prior to them signing it!
