Montana blood test???

Hello everyone. I'm not from Montana but I my FI is. We're getting married under the big sky this December and I have been told that I need to get a blood test? Everytime I ask someone about this I get a different answer sooooo have any of you heard about it/had to do it????

 Signed premarital certificate (informed consent/waiver of requirement for blood test for rubella immunity).  Form is available by calling Montana Public Health at 800-821-7284 or online at www.dphhs.mt.gov/PHSD/Lab/Environmental/pdf/premaritalcertfillable.pdf." target="_blank">http://www.dphhs.mt.gov/PHSD/Lab/Environmental/pdf/premaritalcertfillable.pdf.  This form will need to be presented, and signed by the bride and groom as well as the clerk of court, at time of application for marriage license.

It used to be a law, but from what I understand it is now opptional (Thank God!). I'm getting married there in a month and my mom is in charge of the marriage liscence and she said it isnt required. You both just need to show up with ID's.
