I recently got married and used wedding coordinator that "took care" of everything.  I had a terrible experience what can i do so that what happened to me does not happen to someone else?

Post on your local board and things like Yelp. Also you could call the Better Business Bureau.

You can also post about your experience to google, weddingwire, weddingbee, etc.  You could also file with the BBB.  Have you been in contact with your coordinator to discuss your dissatisfaction?  They might refund or something.

Ditto pp's. You could also include it in your vendor reviews of your married bio if you have one so that ladies that are planning can see it if they live in your area.

BBB is a very good choice.  Yelp's a good one, too.  FI posted a bad review of a hotel we stayed in on Yelp once, and the hotel manager sent him an e-mail offering a free "do-over" (a free weekend in the hotel to try to change our minds).  I know they no longer have services to offer you, but you might get some money back out of the deal.
