Omg...SO my fault here but JOKINGLY I mentioned having a Taco Bar at our wedding. I said it jokingly because we were thinking of foods to do with beef like spagettii, steak, and so on. But I mentioned Taco Bar. Make your own tacos, Now Jokingly mind you, and now my Fiance is stuck on Taco Bar. That's all I've heard is we need a taco bar!! I'm like kill me. lol.

I love the idea of a taco bar as a late night snack if you are doing dancing into the evening.

I agree for the option of a late night snack. A late night taco bar is actually an option at my venue.

Ooh, I'd love to make a delicious taco after having some drinks and dancing all night! I also like the idea of doing it for your RD. If you had a small wedding it could work too. The problem with it IMO is people taking forever to dish up their toppings and such. When 250 people are making tacos, it could take hours, lol.
