So, on Friday my boss told me I am spending too much time on the internet for personal use. And I admit, that day I did not want to work. I wanted to be at home (it was right after I hurt my back, so I wanted to be in bed, resting). I told her I was sorry and I would stop (because I was in the wrong (even though I was on my break that I get, and online at lunch like everyone else, and on my second break.) (Oh and this was also via email instead of telling me to my face). So then she emails me back saying "I need you to send me a report of what you do every day before you leave starting Monday". Mind you, I am the ONLY person in our division (and probably whole squadron who has to do this). At first I was just like, whatever, it'll get done. I'll do it, whatever.
So Monday rolls around. I do my job and work my desk like a good little girl. I realize that it was 3:27 and I leave at 330 and I needed to get changed for school (I don't want to risk getting heat exhaustion when wearing work pants so I change into shorts). So I went to the restroom,did my buisness, came back and shut down my computer like always.
Tuesday rolls around and she tells me "I didn't get your report yesterday, where is it?" I told her I was running late to school and couldn't send it, to which she kind of rolled her eyes and went on her way. So I sent her an email of what I did on Monday and Tuesday combined.
Today she tells me how specific she wants my email formatted (What I did, when I did it, how I did it, why I did it). This made me a little heated.
I know I need to go to her boss (our Col.) but I do not wanna bother him and I do not know how to go about approaching him. I know he's super busy and I would hate to throw this onto his plate.
I'm probably stressing out about something I shouldn't stress out about. I know she's just trying to irritate me, and my FI told me to wait and see if she fcks up big and get her fired. I don't think I can do that (SHes a GS13 and I'm only a GS2). I just dunno.
