Pumpkin Twinkie recipe

I remember seeing a post about a homemade pumpkin twinkie recipe and now I can't find it anywhere.  I've searched TK and googled it and not coming up with the one that was posted here.

Anyone remember that or can point me in the right direction?  Your help is appreciated!

    OK nevermind.  I found it.  It was the first one on google.  I swear it was not there when I checked earlier.  Ignore me!

    Texas State Fair just ended. I think my favorite was fried cactus. The fried Samoa was a close second.
