I have been going to Big Sky every summer and winter for the past ten years with my family and my fiancee has been coming with me for the last 4 years. We got engaged on a ski run at Big Sky this New Year's and we knew immediately that we wanted to get married in Big Sky to share our love of the outdoors and everything Montana has to offer with our families and loved ones. We really envision our wedding as a vacation for our closest friends and family filled with hiking, golfing, horseback riding, white water rafting and a trip to Yellowstone.
With that said we are very laid back and would love to find a cool private barn in the Gallatin Canyon or Big Sky for a reception that isn't a fortune. Most venues and ranches in the area are very expensive and more than our total budget for the wedding. We would love to bring in caterers and just have fun!
