I am more of a traditional girl when it comes to planning this wedding. But I've run into trouble with my fiances guest list. I would like to have a traditional wedding, ya know, maid of honor, bridesmaids, all that jazz and when he recently talked to a couple of his buddies about being in the wedding, they told him that they weren't sure they could travel 8 hours for it. (They both work abnormal hours and are full time so it is hard for them to get away.) So I have my 3 bridesmaids but 2 of his groomsmen probably won't make it. This makes him want to just elope, and I would be okay with that except that I want my bridal party there. I've been in each of their weddings and I would feel like I let them down. We considered moving the wedding to a different location so that it was 4 hours for each set of friends instead of 8 hours for just his friends but in that case, a LOT of my family won't be able to go either. Advice please???
