I have inadvertantly allowed my bridesmaids to highjack the dress shopping.
We made a special trip to Vegas this weekend and, while it was fun, it was also a complete nightmare. If they both liked something, it wasn't in the right sizes, if I liked something one or both of them didn't like it.
I would pick something out for them to try on and they would just discard it saying "that's too casual for what you want" or "that's too fancy for your wedding"
I never thought I would want to scream "whose wedding is it exactly?!" but I totally wanted to by the end of this trip.
I had originally wanted them to just pick out their own dresses and all wear something different, but they told me it would be too tacky, so I thought I would just go shopping with both of them so we found something everybody likes. I am just finding now that it is impossible.
I don't want to freak out and go all bridezilla on them, but what's a polite way to tell them that I no longer want their opinions and I am just going to pick out the dress and they can order their own sizes?
Is it too late for that?
