bridal shower..thank you's?

I bought a small thank you gift for people at my bridal shower, and my question is should it still send out thank you cards to everyone.

I would. While a gift is very nice and thoughtful of you, a Thank you cards is much more personal

I think people who give gifts generally expect thank you cards (I know I do) even if they get a favor/gift.  I come from a thank you note heavy family though.

I did cards for everyone who brought me a gift and even one for my MOH, I also gave her flowers the day of and have a personal book I wrote in for her.

 yes, doing a personal thank you card is what i was going to do. when i thought of also giving a gift i wasn't sure what people's thought's on the hole thing would be, thanks girls!!
