I'm making cupcakes for my friends daughters birthday. I prefer to make my own icing and typically make a royal icing because its great for frosting and taste pretty good too. I kind of want to use a buttercreme for these cupcakes though and figured I'd see if anyone had a suggestion.
Ideally I'm looking for a tasty recipe that's not too complicated. Simple is great
