Ticker not updating.

Who can I contact about my ticker not updating? I know how to change it, and in my profile it shows the correct one. (Our date changed.) But in my posts, it is the old one, plus a messed up version of the new one. It is driving my nuts! I have had this problem for days, so it has had time to catch up....

You should make a new ticker, then copy and paste the NEW Html code into your "update my ticker" box where it goes... then hit "save" or whatever the button is.  Sometimes TK site can move slow on updating your siggy or ticker, so just be patient.  You might also try deleting your current ticker, then adding your NEW ticker after the old one shows as empty again.  

ETA: If that doesn't work, try contacting TK's IT help -- there is a help button at the bottom of this page that can point you in the right direction!!

Thanks!! I did try all of that a bunch of times! (Plus a ton of other stuff.) Thanks for letting me know where I can contact help!

EDIT: I didn't find a link for the IT department. I went to help and the closest thing they had was help for the wedding websites. Which isn't what I need. Anyone have an email address I can get?

How recently did you delete the old html code and put in the new code?  TK sometimes days a few days to update itself.
