I am not sure why frustration would make you specifically tell a PERSON not to respond to your posts.   If so, you might need some anger/frustration management classes. 

Frustration with technology should not equal being rude to people who were trying to help you.

The thing about the Internet is you can think long and hard before you post, not like in person where you can flip and can't hide raw emotion. So if you're so out of check with your emotions that they're typed out, posted and responded to before you can get them in check.. You've got an issue
