Weekend Plans Anyone?

Is anyone doing anything fun this weekend?  DH came down with the flu so it looks like I'm going to be home taking care of him all weekend.

Nope,  DH is worked tonight and Saturday.   Sunday we plan on going to Home Depot and the Container store, maybe Bed, Bath and Beyond.   (God I sounds like Old School)

One good thing is we are stil living with my parents until the end of the month when our apartment is ready.  They are going to dinner and see a Jersey Boys.  DH is working late.  I get the whole place to myself.  More importantly I get total control of the remote control.

My sister set up a private surprise party for someone's birthday at one of those paint and wine places and after the girl found out she had to work they wouldn't let her cancel without charging her 150 dollars. They let her reschedule for this weekend so FI and I are going to do that. So far we have 6 people going and min is 8 so hoping we can find 2 more people.

H and I are going to a beer tasting in our local brewery with some friends. Should be fun.

One of my best friends is coming to visit.  She lives four hours away and she's been really busy with school so we're going to have a slumber party and catch up.  So excited!

I actually have a fairly busy weekend. Drinks with friends after work tonight, TTD shoot tomorrow (hair, makeup, etc) and going to a bridal show with my friend who was my MOH on Sunday.

Sorry your husband is not feeling well, Hoboken!

We have a food tasting at our venue tomorrow, so we are excited for that! And on Sunday we are going to a friend's house to watch the football game.

Flu ruined my plans, too. My friend's baby got it, so we won't be having a girl's day. Tomorrow I have book club, though. Since we read 11/22/63, we're doing a trolley tour of the assassination highlight locations downtown. Should be REALLY fun.

I hope your husband feels better. The flu seems to be going around. 

I may visit my Grandmother since her husband's been in the hospital and he's scheduled to return home tomorrow. Other than that, i'll probably just get my hair dyed since my greys are growing out and it's driving me nuts!

Nothing too exciting. Taking Rox to the vet tomorrow morning and then getting her a treat at the dog's bakery in town for being such a good sport (three trips to the vet in two weeks since we adopted her!)

Lunch at the local winery since we did that last Sunday and loved the food and how relaxing it was. Tomorrow night maybe dinner/movie.

Sunday we have a trainer coming to the house to work with Roxie on her fear/anxiety issues and then the rest of the day is cleaning/laundry etc.

Thanks for the support ladies. I keep hearing how bad it is this year.  DH hasn't been out of bed all day. I went to get him some theraflu but it's all sold out! I had to get something else, so I hope it works.  Looks like I'll be sleeping in the spare room for the next few nights.

Working this weekend unfortunately, I've been spoiled by having the past two weeknds off so now I have to go in. Sunday afernoon DH and I are going to drive by our house-to-be to see what progress they've made in the past week so I'm really looking forward to that
