Hi there, I just wanted to introduce myself.  I've been lurking for a long time and post sporatically but thought I should give a formal introduction. 

I'm Jess and my fiance is Kyle, we are getting married June 29th.  Right now I have wedding things spread all over our living room because I'm meeting my mom, her best friend (basically my second mother), and my MOH halfway between them and me on Sunday to talk wedding details.  We are getting married at the home that belonged to our city's founder and now serves as the local historical museum, it's absolutely gorgeous!

My hobbies include cooking/baking and drinking wine.  I made these mexican stuffed peppers for dinner tonight:

We have a scottish terrier and a siamese cat, and I'll add pictures of them later once I load them on my computer!

    my wedding in three words..  casual, fun, and like a big ol family reunion (I know it's more than three but that's the first thing that came to mind!)
    least favorite food has to be a tie between baked beans and waterchestnuts and I'm not sure if I can pick a favorite food! I always crave pizza and cheeseburgers, though, so lets go with that although right now I'm eating one of my favorite combonations of food, vanilla ice cream with pretzels and chocolate syrup
    and choice of weapon... I would probably say a gun.  specifically my beretta.  it's tiny but powerful.
