Music, Music, Music!

I am 6 weeks away (ahhhhhh!!) and am trying to plan all the MUSIC.  Who KNEW it would be this difficult!  I'm looking for some sort of contemporary (not so traditional) songs for processional and recessional.  My brain is totally fried.  Does anyone have any suggestions for unique ideas??THANK YOU A MILLION!!!

    We did Walking In Memphis for the recessional.

    bridesmaids' processional: here comes the sun played on the guitar by the best man and my brother, a gm my processional: your smiling face by vitamin string quartet recessional: signed sealed delivered by stevie wonder and then into linus and lucy by vince guaraldi

    I'm a sucker for the new Ray Lamontagne cover "You Are The Best Thing"- it's funky, but sweet. That would make a great recessional. You could always go with an instrumental for the processional ... why add words to what words cannot express (that came out cheesy, sorry!). Take a deep breath and when in doubt, start listening to www.Pandora.com. It's a free, web-based "radio" network that takes artists and songs you like and creates whole radio stations based on those songs. Trust me ... if you have a song that you really love, but don't want to use it, you can find something that sounds similar to it (but it'll be knew to all of your guests) on Pandora. Good luck!
