Day Of Timeline... Looking for feedback

Here is my timeline for the day of the wedding... I was wondering if some seasoned brides have any feedback

1030          Bridesmaids, MOB, GMOB, SMOB, at Kristen’s house

1100-200 Hair and Make-up at Impressions
130           Groomsman at Jimmy’s Parents house to get ready/lunch
215           Girls back at Kristen’s house (some snacks)
245            Limos arrive at both houses
330            Arrive at WCC (some snacks)
400           Photographer arrives at WCC
415-500   Pictures with Bride and Groom
500-540  Pictures with Bridal Party
540-615   Photographs with Entire Family
630-700  Ceremony Begins
700-800  Cocktail Hour
800          Guest invited into Hall for dinner and reception
810           Announce Bride and Groom
810           First Dance
815           First Course of Dinner is served
915           Father Daughter Dance
920          Mother Son Dance
925          Toasts and Cake Cutting
935          Dance, Dance, the night away
1015         Toss the bouquet/garter
1020        Keep Dance Floor Open until 12:00
1200        End Reception

it takes 15 minutes from each house to the country club, and the salon is 5-10 minutes from my house.

**2.5 hours of pictures is a long time.  What are the BP suppose to do while you are taking 45 mins worth of photos with just you and your FI?

What is the family to do while they wait for 1 hour and 40 minutes while the WP pictures and your pictures are taken?

630-700  Ceremony Begins
700-800  Cocktail Hour
800          Guest invited into Hall for dinner and reception
810           Announce Bride and Groom
810           First Dance
                 Toasts  * Everyone is already sitting down and they can be eating the first cours during the toast.
                First Course of Dinner is served
915          Cake cutting
                Father Daughter Dance
                Mother Son Dance          

*** this is really up to you.  But I the guests could be eating cake during the dances.  Then the DJ can just open up the floor to dancing after the mother/son dance.

935          Dance, Dance, the night away
1015         Toss the bouquet/garter
1020        Keep Dance Floor Open until
12:00 1200        End Reception

ETA - you said it takes 15 miinutes to get to the CC.  You leave at 2:45.  Photographer gets there at 4.  What is going on from 3-4?

If it takes 15 minutes to get to the country club, why are you alotting 45 minutes?  I understand wanting to have some buffers in there, but you're looking at a LOT of down time (especially since the photographer won't even be there until 4)

Why do the girls all have to meet at Kristen's (your?) house?  Why can't everybody meet at the salon?

I also think it's unnecessary to have the guys meet up at 1:30 when their pictures don't start until 4.

Actually the groom starts at 4, the GMs not until 5:00.
