Marriage Prep Classes this weekend..

Anyone else have to take these classes?

We're doing it one on one with my pastor. There was a 2 day class we could have taken with other couples but it's the weekend after I have my gallbladder removed and I doubt I'd be up for it.

It's pretty common to have to take marriage prep classes to get married in a church/temple/whatever.

Yeah, ours is at our church too with other couples

Ours was with a couple from our church who does marriage classes/counseling/pre marital counseling. Each session depends on the couple and their "scores" (personality/compatability test.. it's actually really spot on). We only had two sessions. It really wasn't bad at all, we had a lot of fun.

Yep, I just talked to the pastor doing our wedding and set up the premarital classes.

Yep. We're meeting one Sat a month up until the wedding. So far it hasn't been too bad though.
