Would love some help with this list :)

Alright, I feel like as the big day grows closer I'm forgetting a lot of things that I need for the reception. Could all be in my head but I think I'll feel better if I post it, lol Here is what I have so far.- table numbers, completed- menu cards, completed- escort cards, about 90% completed- guest book & pens - centerpieces- candles- candy buffet sign, scoops, candy, jars (just need to decorate)- photo sharing cards- time line for reception taken care ofI feel like it's a small list and I'm missing some big things, any ideas? We are not doing programs since the ceremony is short, I'm on the fence at the moment about bathroom baskets (I have the baskets just need the stuff to go inside them)TIA!!

    Do you have a card box and toasting flutes?

    Make sure you know who wants to speak, for approximately how long, and in what order.My family spring a *surprise* slide show on us. My dad, who is VERY shy, also told us just minutes before walking in that he would like to give a toast.It all worked perfectly and everyone said beautiful things but in those final moment before walking in to be announced I was a bit frantic. Would have made things smoother had we known.
