What's everyone up to this Tuesday morning?
I'm at work and have already been on the phone with our condo's property manager. When my Dad demo'd the kitchen yesterday he uncovered a bit of black mould (yikes). But it turns out it's just from the previous owner's cooking moisture and the fact that they didn't install the tiles/cabinets correctl so there was space for moisture to get in there. Apparently we can just scrape it off and bleach the area and it should be fine. The former owners have caused us so much extra work it's gotten to the point that if I could find them I would sue them for negligent homeownership or something - lol.. if that was even possible.
Oh well.. my new mantra with renos is "it will all get done eventually. I don't care anymore."
