Jovani Dress 14 weeks not in

Anyone ever had any problems with Jovani?  My mom ordered a dress at the end of November, paid in full and it still isn't in.

Did she buy it at a bridal shop?  How long did they tell her it would take?  I know wedding gowns can take up to 6 months, but I've never heard of a mother of the bride dress taking that long.  Check with the shop.  Sometimes there are intances where the shop never pays the designer and it never gets ordered, and if that's the case, you want to know now rather than later.
