I am trying to reach the customer service and I'm not getting anywhere. Te phone number on the website doesn't seem to work! I'm am very upset about this and need to talk to someone ASAP. I tried ordering napkins about a week ago and it would not work when it cam e to paying for them. It was day "information for the credit card entered is not valid", so we gave up. Then last night I placed an order and it went through however my mom was also charged for the order from last week. However when I go into my account the only thing that shows up is the most recent order placed last night. I am very upset about this and need someone to contact me ASAP!
