Setting a date! I need advice
Our hope is to set a date by our one year engagement anniversary in May but it seems to be a larger challenge than I thought. How did you all decide?
A few things we are taking into consideration are that:
1. FH should be graduating in May 2013.
2. I've always wanted an indoor winter wedding but after looking at a few venues online, I found one I love and would totally consider a spring outdoor ceremony for
3. We are thinking 2013 or 2014.
4. I'm enrolling in a program that starts in the fall and is a year long (so until I graduate there's no possibility of FH and I living together bc there's not a program in the town he attends school, but after I'm done if I could get a job I could move to be with him sometime in 2012.
5. We have been discussing Jan 4 in 2013 or 2014 but some have said it's too close to New Years.
I think we are ok financially as far as budget goes bc we want a budget under $10,000 and already have most of that saved.
Long story short, with so many factors involved, how in the world did you decide?? And did any of you have to change your date later?
